PURCHASE & DELIVERY TERMS
Placing orders is fast and easy in our webshop! All prices include the Finnish VAT 14% or 24%. Please contact us in case you are interested in products not found in the webshop.
Guide to easy online ordering
Our product line is shown in several categories in the webshop. Choose the category and product you’re interested in, then choose “Add to cart” to put the product into the shopping cart. Choose “View cart” to see you shopping cart and to change it’s content. Choose “X” to remove a product from your shopping cart. Choose “Proceed to checkout” to finish your purchase and to place your order. Fill in your contact info and choose payment option. The press the “Place order” button. You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail.
Payment options
The payment options we accept are Checkout online bank transfer (Checkout is an licensed payment institution / orders within Finland) or by prepayment. We currently only accept order within Finland (inkl Ålands islands) and Sweden.
Returns and Exchanges
You have the right to cancel your order, or part thereof, by phone or email right up until we have sent the products. Contact our customer service to agree on the details. You may return unused products within 14 days from the order date (return shipping fees payed by the customer). Please note that you cannot return products with broken seeling, bottle opened or faulty merchandise.
Prepayment
You get payment details in your order confirmation after which you can conveniently make payments from your own account. We post your order when the payment appears in our account.
Shipping
We handle your order as soon as possible. Orders are normally handled within 7-14 working days. We strive to produce the products from our own berries and therefore some products may be out for the season. In those cases we unfortunately need to wait to next harvest.
Shipping costs
The products are packed in packaging suited to the purpose and the shipping costs are determined by amount of products. For example, the shipping costs for 1-10 products shipped by Itella are 15 euros (Finland) and 35 euros to Sweden. In Finland the other available shipping method is Matkahuolto. To Sweden you are able to place orders up to 30 products in the web shop. Please contact us by email info@bacca.fi for larger amounts and concerning shipping to other countries.
Privacy and security
We respect your concerns about the privacy of your personal information and data security. When ordering your contact info is sent by email to our order archives.
Information concerning cookies
Like most other webshops Bacca online store is using so-called cookies. A cookie can be described as a small text file containing information that is stored on your computer. Using cookies, a website recognizes a user’s browser when the user returns to the page. Cookies do so to make the service easier to use. A cookie does not convey any personal information about you or the information stored on your computer to Bacca web commerce. Cookies do not store your email address and does not spread any viruses.
