Try out the Bacca Vital saskatoon berries in a pie!
Recipe: Saskatoon Pie
PIE CRUST
1 egg
1dl sugar
4 dl flour
1 tl baking powder
150 g butter
FILLING
Bacca Vital saskatoon berries
1 jar lime-white chocolate quark
1 egg
Whisk egg and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the flour and baking powder to the mix before adding the melted butter. Pat the pie crust into a baking dish with your hands and poke holes in the crust with a fork. Mix the quark and egg and pour the mix into the crust. Finally, sprinkle plenty of Saskatoon berries on top, so that the berries cover the quark mix completely. Bake in the middle of the oven, in 175 degrees, for about 20 minutes.
